So far 2011 has treated the Greens well! Graham had his birthday party, we had eight inches of snow and we have played with friends.
Graham helped us prepare for his party by doing some yard work and cooking (please excuse the outfit--Papa changed his clothes after a diaper leak during naptime).
Graham had a Fire Truck birthday party at our house last weekend. It was so much fun! I think Dustin and I enjoyed it as much as Graham did. We had an actual fire truck come to the house (thanks to Mr McMeekin)and the kids were able to climb up in the driver seat and pull the horn. Graham, Dustin and I were lucky enough to get a ride around the block.
We got EIGHT INCHES of snow last week! It was nice to be stuck in the house for a few days. The best part is that we never lost power! Graham still did not like to snow. He put his boot into the snow, the snow covered up his foot and he wanted to be held. After being outside for a few minutes he started saying 'brrrrr!' He may just be my boy after all! He did like to watch the snow fall and kept a stool pushed up to the window so he could easily look out.
Day 3 of being snowed in the house led to some baking.
This weekend we enjoyed dinner with friends. Thank you to the Bachs for hosting! It is always fun to get together with friends...and to not cook!
Here are some pictures from bathtime and bedtime fun.

Winter 2010
I am finally updating the blog, after MANY reminders from our friends and family! We have been very busy these last few weeks. Here is what we have been up to...
1. Going to school. Graham is still going to 'school' on Monday mornings. He loves his class and I enjoy seeing the crafts that he brings home.
2. We decorated the house for Christmas. This is the first year we have really decorated in a while. Two years ago I was very pregnant and we were anxiously awaiting Graham's arrival. Last year we moving into the new house in mid-December. Graham loved decorating, and re-decorating, with us. It was fun to see him so excited about the lights and decor.
(Pictures won't upload!)
3. We went to Pickens Speed Way to see the lights and enjoy the petting zoo. I think we enjoyed the petting zoo as much as Graham! They had goats, llamas, a buffalo, and sheep.
4. We opened presents at Mimi's house the night before Christmas Eve.
5. We opened presents at Aunt Heather's house on Christmas Eve.
6. We opened presents from Santa on Christmas morning.
7. We ate lunch and opened presents at Gaga and Papa's house on Christmas Day.
8. We ate dinner and opened presents at Hop and Ethel's house on Christmas Night.
9. We played out in the snow.
10. We celebrated Graham's second birthday on Dec 29!
And then we all enjoyed some rest and relaxation before going back to work. Although 2010 was a great year, we look forward to 2011!
