We have been busy celebrating our wedding anniversary, Halloween, and Dustin's birthday.
Dustin and I celebrated our fifth wedding anniversary in October. Mimi babysat while Dustin and I went to a nice dinner. What a great five years we have had!
Graham dressed up as a dragon for Halloween. We went to a party on my parent's street and then continued the fun with Dustin's family. Graham looked precious in his costume and actually enjoyed wearing it. Much different than last year!
We grilled out at our house with the family one Sunday night.
I took Graham to the park one day and took some pictures. Graham had a blast running around.

Fall 2010
Since the last post we have made cookies, gone to a Clemson game and picked apples. Graham is a busy boy always on the move. He is still going to school on Monday mornings. He still gets upset when we drop him off but he calms down quickly. September was "farm month" in his class. They studied farm animals, farm chores, sang songs, made ice cream (even a special batch with Graham's soy milk), and made butter. Below is the picture of the book Graham made. He is very proud of it!
Here are some pictures of us making Halloween cookies. He tried to eat the cookie dough several times, but did not actually eat any!
Dustin and I took Graham to his first Clemson game of the season for the Clemson/Miami game. He did great. Tailgating is his idea of heaven. Lots of food and 12 hours of outdoor time!
Dustin had to work this past weekend so Graham and I went apple picking in North Carolina. Our friend Meg was nice enough to invite us along with her family. The weather was perfect!
One last picture, just because it is too cute not to include! This is Graham watching the Clemson/UNC game.

Fun Summer Days
It is hard to believe that summer is almost gone and fall is on the way. The past few weeks have been filled with starting school, playing with friends at the park, going to the zoo, and swimming in the pool.
Graham starting Little Folks of Fourth (the mother's morning out at our church). He goes on Monday mornings from 9am-1pm. He still has a hard time when we drop him off but he is always having fun when we go back to pick him up. September is Farm Month in his class. Graham's teacher told me that when asked what a cow says he answered "moo." He has never mooed for me, but I am glad that he knows!
Last Friday we went to the park and the zoo with our friend Brooke and her mom Meg. The kids had a great time playing and running. Meg and I had a great time talking and laughing at the kids.
Graham and Brooke in the pool.
Dustin and I took Graham to the fountains in downtown over labor day weekend. He was in heaven!
The rest of our days have been spent playing with the hose!

Sunset Beach
We were able to enjoy a whole week at Sunset Beach with the Penningtons. Kate was one of my roomates at Clemson. Her son, Banks, is 2.5 months older than Graham. The Moms enjoyed talking and catching up, the little boys enjoyed playing in the baby pool and the hose, and the Dads enjoyed talking sports and reading. We all decided communal living is the way to go! It was so nice to always have an adult available to watch the boys, help cook and clean. It has been a hard week back in reality...back to work, waking up early, running errands, cooking on our own.
Graham has really stared talking since we got back from the beach. He now says thank you, oh no, uh oh, sister (Maggie), mama, dada, and gout (go out). He spends his days helping me with chores, helping Dustin out in the yard, and enjoying everything revolving around him!
